Tickets purchased from AP Theatrical Productions are subject to the following:
Tickets are purchased as a final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be made. Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. Tickets are to be purchased using U.S. dollars. Tickets are purchased using Ticket Leap. Ticket sales are managed electronically and no paper ticket is issued. Upon completion of processing your purchase you will receive an e-mail confirmation with event details. You MUST print the Ticket Order Receipt and present this at the event. Patrons purchasing tickets as a gift may request a paper gift card be sent. Please indicate this in the "Add Instructions to Seller" field when checking out or contact us with your special request. Michigan sales tax added to each dinner/show ticket being purchased. Sales tax is added to the dinner portion of the sale. Ticket pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Tickets, unless noted on the order page, are considered "General Seating." We will do our best to accomodate your specific requests but no specific seating or table arrangement is gauranteed. You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You grant permission to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation. We reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with venue rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash. By purchasing tickets from AP Theatrical Productions you agree to the terms of this Purchase Policy on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after performance.
